From initial call to Adam regarding a Mini Cooper D to collecting my car, the whole service experience was excellent. The mini well priced, and exactly as described. Adam was very easy to deal with,honest & upfront and we would certainly recommend Heritage.

I purchased a car from Heritage nine months ago and I'm pleased to say it has been faultless so far with no issues to date. The buying experience was really straightforward. I dealt with Adam who was friendly and accommodating. A no pressure sale, answered all of my questions, allowed a test drive and got the mechanic who had prepped the car to come and talk to me more about the car. There were a couple of things which Adam had already picked up on as requiring remediation which he pointed out to me. He was good to his word and resolved these issues. Upon collection day he picked me up from the train station and gave me an overview of some of the more unusual features of the car before I drove away which was great. A really pleasant and easy transaction, couldn't be happier with the car, the sales and the communication - all great.

have had many cars over the last 40 odd years and have dealt with many car sales rep during that time. the mistrust people have when buying a used car is more often than not well founded. there have been some really good sales reps and there have been some really awful reps toohowever, Adam, the chap who sold me my (new to me) Nissan Qashqai (2013) is the very best of them all. i needed to get something fixed on my car and without saying anything, Adam picked up the check.his cars are very reasonably priced and his after service, should you need it, is second to none. if i need a car in the future, i know where I'll be going.

Highly recommended! First been given reasonable offer for px, based not only on reg like other places but also on actual condition of my car. As I am very picky when buying the car Adam was very patient with me all way round which I highly appreciate. After few weeks from purchase I can confirm that so far my new car is just brilliant as per description in a advert!

Bought a Mercedes a class over a year ago from this company… 10/10 experience. Couldn’t recommend enough and would come back in the future.

Was given a great deal for an mot and service to be done before getting the car.

There were a few imperfections which were noticed when viewing the car (such as a scratch, scratched alloys and spray mark inside the vehicle) however these were buffed out and cleaned before picking up the car.

Great price for the car and not had any issues with it since. The owner was very helpful and wanted to help as much as he could.

Great to deal with. I took a train up saturday night to see a car on Sunday. They picked me up at the hotel. The car was, IMHO, better than advertised. Would not hesitate to do business again. Highly recommended.
